Notes about your visit:
 
•  First visits should arrive 30 minutes prior to treatment to allow time for an initial health assessment.
 
•  We recommend that you leave jewelry at home and bring a contact case for your lenses.
 
•  Appointments begin promptly.  After 15 min the appointment is considered a NO-SHOW.
 
•  A 24-hour cancellation notice is greatly appreciated. AFTER 2 NO-SHOWS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO APPLY THE FULL SERVICE FEE.
 
•  This is your time to relax and escape.  Please turn off your cell phone and pager. During your service if you like chatting, we’ll chat.  But if you prefer to relax in silence, we want you to feel comfortable doing so.
 
•  If at anytime there is something we can do to make your stay with us even more special for you all you need to do is tell us, if it not to unreasonable we will do our best to accommodate.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. BusinessMeetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are justa few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to beeffective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, wehave adopted the following policies:24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allowsthe opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.• If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the fullamount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduledappointment.No-showsAnyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment forwhatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed”appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.Arriving lateAppointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late yoursession may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments followyours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if thereis enough time remaining to start a treatment.
